We live together, we get through our busy lives together, we drive each other crazy, and at the end of the day, we all love each other. But do we truly understand each other? Through a series of innovative, comical and creative skits, we will examine the perceived differences that often exist between family members and showcase that parents and kids just don't understand...sometimes.
Join RVTC's Youth Studio for our spring 2019 production. In this unique format, actors will help create the show by writing and designing some of the skits based on their own feelings and experiences. It's an opportunity to explore their artistic talents and learn new theatrical skills while addressing an important message that kids and their parents can appreciate. All who sign up will be assigned acting roles; however, there are non-acting roles for those who want to be involved in the production, but not necessarily on stage performing. Registration opens on November 20 and there are 22 spots available. Registration closes no later than January 1.

Auditions will be held during the first rehearsal. Come prepared to tell a one to two minute story about your family or one specific family member. The story should be something funny, silly or something that drove you nuts at the time, but you can laugh at now.
