Join us for a special afternoon of sharing, healing, and support. Shakopee resident, Rebecca Gladhill, who has been living with breast cancer for 24 years, will share her story of illness and healing. Joining Rebecca will be her oncologist, Joseph Leach, MD, who will talk about the years he has spent working with Rebecca. These stories will be followed by a workshop led by Michael Bischoff from Health Story Collaborative and Joel Carter, a palliative care physician. The workshop will provide tips for telling and listening to stories in ways that support healing, connection, and empowerment.
