Description:
Welcome spring with some delicious gourmet salads! This class will feature a wild rice salad with chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, and cashews; a vegetarian main dish salad with quinoa; a fruit salad with cantaloupe, strawberries, and orange sauce; and a raspberry-spinach salad with glazed pecans. To top it all off, you’ll learn three easy, tried-and-true dressing recipes. You’ll walk away with some delicious food and great ideas on how to use early summer produce.
